18. Avoid Thinking of Challenges as Impossible to Bear PDF Print Email
Energy follows intent. When we think challenges are impossible they very well can be impossible. A change of thought even if it is a glimpse of the possibility of overcoming adversity is a start. Repeat that glimpse in your mind over and over and that ray of hope will grow. Sometimes “acting AS IF” your desired result has already happened can raise your vibration of thinking and alter your perception of a situation turning it into forward momentum toward attaining your goal. There are many serious challenges that people face. There will be times of despair and hopelessness but only with our consent. To stay in a world of despair or embracing moments of despair to grow are choices that we make. By living in each moment as much as possible and including practices of awareness in our daily lives we can turn doubting perceptions around and begin to see challenges as steps of meaningful experiences instead of worlds of impossibility.
