8. Have Faith in Something Greater than Yourself |

When we have faith in something greater than ourselves we acknowledge the mystery of all that is and what binds us together. We have faith that there is a Divine Love that guides us, and a supreme intelligence that lives within us as we are within it. When we have faith regardless of our experiences of suffering, we focus our intention on the polar opposite, which also exists in our world: peace, abundance, love and joy. All of these elements dark and light exist on earth; they exists within us; and when we have faith that there is force greater than ourselves carrying us through, it lightens the burden and can guide us to finding resiliency and peace.
