Discover how to keep your balance and stay strong mentally and emotionally. Rick Allen, one armed drummer for Def Leppard and Lauren Monroe talk with John Roberts, Executive Vice President, Mental Health and Warrior Engagement for the Wounded Warrior Project. John Roberts served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1982 to 1996, when he received a medical discharge following a prolonged recovery from wounds suffered in the crash of a helicopter in the seas of Somalia at the beginning of Operation Restore Hope.
